Connor Lind, 20, was arrested at Sutherland Police Station on August 10 and charged with four counts of sexual intercourse with child (aged between 14 and 16) and intentionally sexually touching a child (aged between 10 and 16).

His case was heard today in Hornsby Local Court, where police alleged he sexually assaulted the girls - then 14 and 15 - on numerous occasions at Allambie Heights between last December and May.

Lind remains on conditional bail and was not required to appear in court. The case was adjourned to September 29.

He currently resides in Kirrawee but grew up in the northern beaches, and still retains links there as a former student, local rugby player and Aussie Gems Cheerleader. He was forbidden to enter Allambie Heights and Frenchs Forest while on bail.
